Reiki : Universal energy flows through me like a hollow bone into you. if you experience energy pulled out of you as judgments from self or others, stress, or discordant energies out of your body, sometimes clients feel like a hole is present in the areas. with time, that passes, but to speed the recovery process Reiki is used to fill the body void. When Reiki is performed your body choices where the energy goes to what part of your own body. The body is set with its own set of rules and ability to self heal. Reiki lends a hand in this process. The choice where your body puts it, is always governed by your consciousness.
Chakra balancing : Whirl winds of energy spin out of our bodies from 7 major chakras of the human body. When we are emotionally, physically or stressed the whirl winds that make up our Auras diminish or stop spinning. I have been trained over 35 years ago and have been practicing since how to distinguish and restore chakra flows in the human body.
